What is the DTC (Disability Tax Credit)?
The disability tax credit (DTC) is a non-refundable tax credit that helps persons with disabilities or their supporting persons reduce the amount of income tax they may have to pay. It also entitles a person to many other benefits and credits offered by the Canadian Government.
What are the benefits to having DTC approval?
Approval for the DTC unlocks credits and benefits available from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) for disabled individuals and/or for the people who support them, this can be life changing.

I wanted to share what I had been trying to put together and some other things I like.
I've included an updated version of the hand tree. I like the small logo in the header but the words cover that the trunk of the tree are hands holding other hands. I'd like that to show. I think the small icon could be left as it is but I'd like to incorporate the tree in a larger format somewhere else. Perhaps a landing page?
There is a layout I REALLY like in the inspiration section on Adobe Spark Page that I would love to be used somehow. I love that it is very simple, looks beautiful, has some subtle animation and it's layout sort of breaks things down into simple steps, which, as I mentioned is imperative to my clientele since many of them are coping with severe disabilities in the mental functions necessary for everyday life. Some have severe learning disabilities and navigating a website can be difficult for them.
If you look at the adobe spark page app on an ipad, you'll see the inspiration section. The one I like is "Bokeh". I love that as you scroll down, each point (in my case it would be maybe a step, or a description of a benefit or credit) has a small box with the title of the section and then a scrolling box with the description. I think this makes it very easy to read. I also love that farther down, all the background pictures are used to create a grid where you can link to each picture (in my case maybe they could link to the official CRA information about each benefit and credit?)
I'm not sure how well it would work for what I want but I really love this layout.
I have used grey originally on this attempt at a site, but the hand tree looks great against white. Maybe we could incorporate a lot of white space with very bright images such as the images above this text box.
I have many stock images downloaded and access to about 80 more through my adobe stock account.
I had thought of having a floating menu on the side for a Quick FAQ section (not a full FAQ which I want somewhere else on the page). I set up a rough one with a few things as an example.
I hope this information is useful.
I'm obviously not a web designer as you can tell. What I have here is pretty cluttered and I got frustrated and that's why I decided to hire someone.
Thanks,
